How do I create my own custom fragrance?
Simply select your base, heart, and top notes from our curated library of essences. Our interactive builder will guide you through the blending process to ensure a balanced and professional result.
What is the quality of the ingredients used?
We use only premium, cosmetic-grade essential oils and aroma compounds. All our ingredients are vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated to meet international safety standards for skin application.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since each bottle is hand-poured and blended to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return a custom-made perfume?
Because custom fragrances are uniquely formulated for you, we cannot offer returns. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you offer sample sizes before I commit to a full bottle?
Yes! We offer a 'Discovery Set' option where you can order 2ml vials of your custom creations or our pre-made base blends to test on your skin before purchasing a full 50ml or 100ml bottle.
