At Make Your Own Perfume, we want you to love your signature scent, but we understand that fragrance is a personal journey. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Securely
Place the perfume bottle in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely and avoids leakage during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our scent experts inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next creation.
